Amanda Medina

  • Amanda Medina received her formal training at PIMA Medical Institute and Olympian University in Albuquerque, New Mexico. With over two decades of experience in both the medical and cosmetic fields, Amanda has established herself as one of New Mexico’s most accomplished and trusted professionals in aesthetic care.

    Her passion for innovation and excellence has earned her repeated recognition in ABQ the Magazine’s “Best of the City” awards — winning Best Esthetician and ranking in the Top 5 for Best Med Spa from 2018 through 2024.

    Amanda leads a team committed to offering personalized, results-driven skin and body care. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that every guest is unique — and each treatment plan should be, too. Under her guidance, HALO Med Spa delivers customized treatment experiences tailored to each client’s skin type, goals, and lifestyle.

    When Amanda isn’t consulting clients on tailored treatment plans, she’s behind the chair, making skin glow and confidence rise. Her mission is simple: to help every person look and feel their best — safely, naturally, and confidently.

Tyler Owen

  • PA - Medical Director

    Tyler Owen possesses extensive experience in patient care, supported by a robust background in surgery. He is highly esteemed for his expertise in facial contouring, medical weight loss, and health and wellness initiatives. A native of Carlsbad, New Mexico, Mr. Owen is committed to advancing fitness and well-being within the community.

    He obtained his undergraduate degree in Medical Laboratory Science from the University of New Mexico in 2016 and subsequently worked at UNM Hospital and Lovelace Hospital in the laboratory from 2016 to 2020. Thereafter, he attended the University of Mount Union in Ohio, where he completed his Physician Assistant program and graduated in 2022. 

    His professional experience encompasses plastic surgery, family medicine, urgent care, and pain management. In his leisure time, Tyler engages in weightlifting, playing video games, attending concerts, and cherishing quality moments with his two daughters.

    Patients may consult Tyler at Halo, or they can access his services through the mobile medical spa, "Halo Express."

Belinda De Mario

  • Belinda De Mario is the heart of HALO Med Spa’s operations—a dynamic and dedicated administrator who ensures the smooth flow of both client experience and clinical coordination. In addition to managing behind-the-scenes logistics, you’ll often find her warmly welcoming guests, overseeing daily operations, and lending a hand wherever needed.

    Belinda earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She went on to attend the prestigious Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, and later relocated to Albuquerque to be closer to her family. Now in her final year of medical school, she is on the exciting path to becoming Dr. De Mario.

    With a rare blend of clinical insight and operational excellence, Belinda brings a thoughtful, science-driven approach to everything she touches. Upon completing her medical training, she plans to continue her journey at HALO as a provider, offering the same exceptional care and dedication that clients have come to know and trust.
