Why do I need a consultation?
Everyone has different needs, so we require a consultation to best determine the proper services needed to effectively reach your desired results.
What is the best way to get ahold of my service provider?
The best way to communicate with your service provider is to email them directly.
What is your cancellation terms?
Because each service provider books treatments hourly, we request that cancelations happen 24hrs in advance. If you must cancel within the 24hr window, a $50 no-show/cancelation fee will be charged.
Does Halo offer financing?
Halo offers CareCredit as a financing option.
After treatment, how will I take care of myself?
Your service provider will review your post-care instructions with you before you leave Halo Med Spa. You will also sign a digital post-care acknowledgment form that is emailed to you shortly after your treatment is completed.
Is payment due at time of service?
Yes, payment is due at the time of service with no exceptions.
How can I book a spa party?
Simply click on the “For You” section of our website and fill out a “Party request form”.
What if I don’t like the skincare I purchased?
There are no refunds on skincare purchases. This is medical-grade skincare that requires a prescription.
What if I prepaid for services or a package and change my mind?
A new consultation will need to be scheduled. A new plan will be given and credited at an equal or lesser value. Special pricing or current promotions or discounts are not allowed. Any changes to a plan will need to be completed within 90 days. No exceptions.
